Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer who is proficient in a variety of programming languages and technologies, with a strong emphasis on AWS, React Native, Ruby, and Java. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech and payment systems, along with a solid understanding of DevOps practices. This role will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing our payment platforms while also contributing to the overall architecture and infrastructure of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs using Ruby on Rails and Java.
- Design and implement front-end interfaces and user experiences using React Native for mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement DevOps best practices to automate deployment pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring using tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and Jenkins.
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems through continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our products and processes.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions to maintain code quality and foster a collaborative environment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them grow their skills and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on backend development using Ruby on Rails and Java.
- Strong proficiency in front-end development using React Native for mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, and experience with infrastructure as code tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Git.

- Experience working in the fintech industry or developing payment systems is highly preferred.
